In 2017, my husband was deported from Belarus to Ukraine, I went with him, gave birth to a child, and in 2023 he died as a volunteer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Because of the war, it is almost impossible to obtain citizenship, so I and my child do not receive any payments for his death, and I cannot find a job. Returning to Belarus is even more difficult. And I don't want to go back there.

I got married to my husband in Minsk, then he was deported for a traffic violation, so I left with him. We lived in Merefa, Kharkiv region. We were taking care of his dying father, and his mother had died a long time ago. In 2019, our child was born. Everything was relatively good, but in 2022 my husband volunteered for the terrorist defense, although I asked him to stay, asked him not to leave, not to leave me alone, stateless and with a small child. But he was stubborn, and a little later he joined the Armed Forces, saying that he would definitely return. He died in January 2023. Because my documents are not renewed, I cannot receive a pension for my child due to the death of my father, I cannot even get a bank card. There is nowhere to work unofficially in the village, and I am not officially hired. Kindergartens are closed, and I have no one to leave my child with. It is very difficult to go to Belarus because I need to get a visa, and I don't have the money to travel through several countries to get there. I don't need anything anymore, the main thing is to feed my child, to get him something tasty.
