The project is run by the NGO Centre “Women’s Perspectives” with the support of Open Society Foundation
We documented several stories of supporting woman by woman
To get help please tell us about yourself by filling in the questionnaire. Your story will appear on the website and be available for our benefactors to read without your name, surname or contact information published.
All the information indicated is treated as strictly confidential and only the project coordinator will be able to see it.
If you can provide services for a fee, would like to find a full-time or a part-time job, please indicate this in the questionnaire and we will inform the benefactors about it.
To help a particular woman you can buy food for her, donate some money or order a service from her. To do this, leave a message for the project coordinator or use donate button. We do not publish women’s contact information on the website to protect their safety and privacy.
I am from the town of Ukrainsk in the Donetsk region. On September 3, 2024, we were evacuated in just slippers and shorts from our apartment, which was hit by a shell. It was completely destroyed, and the town is under occupation. I, along with my three children, have settled in Dmytrivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where we are renting a house. We are in critical need of coal and firewood for heating, as well as clothes, food, and financial support.
I am a 71-year-old sick and lonely woman. I live in Sloviansk, 40 km from the front line. Every day there are terrifying shellings, but I have neither the strength nor the health to go down to the basement. I was paralyzed due to encephalitis of the brain membranes. I have undergone surgery to remove my gallbladder, broken my arm, and I need kidney surgery. Almost my entire pension, which is 4,000 UAH, goes toward medicine. But I still need money to live on. The gas in my house was cut off due to unpaid bills, and life is very difficult.
8 months ago, my husband went missing at war. There is still no news of him. I live with my three daughters (5, 9, and 14 years old). We are internally displaced persons (IDPs), and our home in the Donetsk region was destroyed. This summer, a tragedy occurred: a swing hit my daughter, causing a skull fracture. She needs surgery to implant a plate. I work, but the job is poorly paid, and the money is barely enough for rent and food. It’s very hard to survive.
The project “Woman for woman” needs funds to cover legal and psychological consultations for women in difficult life circumstances. You can support the project by donating a comfortable amount of money to the Centre “Women’s Perspectives”

The test makes it possible to find out whether you can request the police to issue an urgent restraining order.
